Sheet 6 - Krakow, Mydlniki: Technical condition and age of buildings

- The majority of the area is dominated by the age of the buildings 1945-1980 and after 1980.                                              - According to the analysis, only two buildings whose age is estimated until 1945 were recorded.                                        - In the area being developed as a development direction, it is estimated that the transition from 1945-1980 to the period after 1980 will take place.

Sheet 9 - Krakow, Mydlniki - communication                           

- The area covered by the study is crossed by a commune road (Balicka Street) whose technical condition is assessed as medium and traffic intensity as high.                   - condition of non-public roads: (St. Prof. S. Myczkowskiego) and ( St. Wapiennik) are assessed as good, whereas (St. K. Wierzynskiego) are assessed as medium. The intensity of traffic in the above mentioned streets is assessed as low.                                                               - In the area under study, the presence of pavements, whose technical condition is assessed as good, prevails between the buildings 

 

The charts present analyses of the spatial development of the commune of Cracow - Mydlniki area. The analyses were made on the object: Spatial planning, January 2017. Individual charts show:

- The area under development is dominated by single-family residential areas, with single-family residential areas with multi-family buildings incorporated into them.    - On Ul. K. Wierzyńskiego Street there are service buildings such as: Mydlniki Culture Club, Primary School No. 138 in Polish Air Force and school library.

- There are single plots of land intended for development - One residential area, one family area with services, has been located in the development area.
