The idea of the project is a functional management of the waterfront part of the lake, showing an interesting landscape space and revitalizing the surroundings. It is aimed at improving the utility value of the area and increasing the tourist potential of the city and region. The result would be the improvement of landscape values, improvement of the quality of places to actively spend time of the residents of the city and the surrounding area and increase the inflow of tourists.

The scope of work includes the development of a part of the area of the Pinczow Lagoon bank, including: information on the Lagoon, description of the existing state, spatial and functional analyses, photographic documentation of the existing state, dendrological inventory, design guidelines, project of revitalization of the Lagoon bank, schemes of communication solutions, schemes of solutions for small architecture and greenery and visualizations.

The designed area is 1.9 ha. The area covered by the study was divided into zones with different functions. Among them there are: entrance - parking zone, recreational - rest zone, sports zone and beach zone.
